Capability to combine Equipment, Operator, and Process performance data in guiding the Production Planning process. Handle customer product forecasts and assess factory capability to meet such forecasts. Analyze capacity predictions and combine with actual facility performance data to help guide business decisions. Ability to use tool and facility performance data headcountOEE to improve existing process efficiency and output capability. Knowledge of following skills to help Manufacturing Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TQM.br br Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent Industrial Engineering or closely related field plus 3 three years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation OR a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
