Will accept 1 year of experience in Paralegal Legal Assistant positions dealing with processing of employment based temporary visas, Labor Certifications PERM, removal proceedings for detained and nondetained clients and Lawlogix case management system in lieu of 1 year experience in the job and or any suitable combination of education, training and or experience.
