Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience. Requires 5 years of experience in a validation role with Environmental, EMC, or Electrical qualifications or similar. Requires 2 years of experience in project management and time management and in managing a team within automotive industries. Requires domestic and international travel 10 of time for customer meetings or trainings.
