Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related quantitative field plus 2 years of experience in job or related position. Experience to include 2 years in a nonprofit database management role. Experience with multiple Salesforce environments, data architecture and SQL processes; experience with information system strategy planning; demonstrated ability leading large scale data migration projects that effect numerous stakeholders; experience with, and understanding of the interplay of nonprofit data, finance, development, and strategy; experience managing both internal and external teams; proficient with Google Suite, as well as project management tools such as Asana; experience problem solving and synthesizing large amounts of data; experience working in a fluid, nonhierarchical environment and elfmanaging, holding peers accountable, and making adjustments in both daytoday and largerscale activities based on new information and situations.
