Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Urban Science and Informatics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus three 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as a Statistician, Data Engineer Fellow, Graduate Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, or a related position. In meeting the degree requirement, employer will accept a Masters degree in one of the enumerated fields or a related field in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Employer will accept pre or post Masters degree experience.br br Must have three 3 years of experience with all of the followingbr Integrating data from semistructured and unstructured sources;br Communicating technical concepts to nontechnical audience;br Consuming data from a variety of sources including relational databases, APIs, NetApp and other cloud storage services, and FTPs, and formats including Excel, CSV, XML, parquet, and unstructured;br Working with data management;br Working with numerical and statistical models, including regression modeling;br Using programming skills to build data pipelines and dynamic systems;br Developing data ETL Extract, Transform, Load design, implementation, and maintenance; andbr Working with data APIs.br br Must also have two 2 years of experiencebr Working with Python.
