Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering field. Five 5 years of design engineering experience. Five 5 years of experience working within the ODA cabin interior design certification process, including experience working with FAA ODA Authorized Representatives ARs to create designs that show compliance to 14 CFR Part 25 135 requirements. Five 5 years of experience working with aircraft OEM Engineering Change Management process and implementing engineering product improvements through Preliminary Design Reviews PDR and Change Review Boards CRB. Five 5 years of experience working with aircraft liaison engineering and supply chain focals. Three 3 years of experience leading a design team through the Mechanical Engineering design and development of new andor derivative versions of interior furnishings and amenities as part of outfitting new, custom, and inservice aircraft within an OEM cabin interior environment. Three 3 years of experience managing engineering project deliverables that meet 14 CFR Part 25Part 135 Airworthiness regulations and Supplemental Type Certification requirements, as applicable to Business Jet platforms. Three 3 years of experience mentoring internscoops and new hires, including creating New Hire training and onboarding plans. One 1 year of project management experience. Minimum 5000 hours of CATIA V5 experience designing mechanical assets for Business Aircraft Cabin Interiors and 2500 hours of ENOVIA SmarTeam product lifecycle management experience. Experience must include the design of mechanical cabin Interior assets like Passenger Service Units PSUs, DoorsBulkheads, HeadlinersSidewalls, Flooring, Seats, Closets, ConsoleConference Tables, Ledges, and other supporting aircraft cabin mechanicalelectrical systems and their interdependencies, the interdependences between CATIA, EHI, and Capital Harness LogicXC within the Aircraft Cabin Interior environment, and EWIS regulations.
