Applicants must have demonstrated experience withbr Structural design and consulting;br Designing with structural steel, conventional and posttensioned concrete, masonry, high wind and seismic design;br Using REVIT and various structural design software tools RISA, RAM, Navisworks Manage, TEDDs, RetainPro, SPCOL, SPSLAB, ASDIP, and AdaptBuilding;br P.E. licensure andor S.E. license.br Florida Building Code and International Building Code.br Performing vibrational analysis of beam and slab framing using RAM and AISC.br Developing gravity and lateral analysis in RAM including snow loads.br Performing deck analysis using Hilti Deck software to determine the deck and screw patterns.br Performing base plate analysis using cast in place and post installed anchors using Hilti Software.br Performing diaphragm design and calculations.br Designing and detail elevator support steel.br Performing wind analysis for main wind, components and cladding, rooftop structures, canopies, and parapets.br Coordinating with architects and MEPFP engineers.br Designing concrete structures including but not limited to twoway and oneway slabs, columns, shallow and deep foundations.br Designing steel structures including but not limited to composite and noncomposite systems, diaphragms, and base plate design.br Understanding load path.br Using Revu for detailing, marking up and communicating design to architects and other disciplines.
