Additionally, its a business necessity for ESE to have experience with robotic andor autonomous systems at the hardware software level, experience with robotic simulation and testing, and experience building multithreaded, distributedprocessing collaborative robotics to reasonably perform the required duties due to the nature of GreenSights aerial intelligence platform and business as a developer and manufacturer of drones, payloads and related components that integrate with its robotics platform. Also, ESE writes the code to implement inverse kinematics, which calculates the angle of joints on robotic arm systems and other manipulators on GreenSights robots. Robotic Operating System ROS is an open source operating system for communication control very commonly used in robots of all types, including at GreenSight. Its therefore critical for ESE to have experience building developing embedded software with robotic systems to integrate with ROS. The brains of a robot are usually embedded controllers electronics boards with a sophisticated microcontroller chip on them. To make the robot function, these controllers must interface with other hardware on the robot, including sensors actuators such as the drones propulsion motors or motors to move a robotic arm into position. The electronic interface between the controller the sensor or actuators is almost always an industry standard interface such as I2C, SPI, PWM, CAN and RS232. Thus, ESE must have experience with these interfaces to be able to effectively send commands or data to deploy robots.
