Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, and 5 years of progressive management experience in the packaging industry, including financial management, operations management, and Lean manufacturing. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, will accept a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and 3 years ofbr progressive management experience in the packaging industry, including financial management, operations management, and Lean manufacturing. Up to 10 domestic and international travel required. Employer accepted any suitable combination of education, training or experience consistent with H.4 through H.10 above.
