Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience related to process improvement.br br Of the required experience, must also havebr br 5 years of experience with Order to Cash Process;br 5 years of experience with process improvement tasks such as identifying gaps, developing alternatives and gaining alignment on solutions;br 3 years of experience in using change management implementation tools such as UPerform;br 3 years of experience in drafting requirement documentation, i.e., detailing requirements and documenting full range of scenarios to represent business needs; andbr 3 years of experience in training development and presentation.br br Up to 20 domestic and international travel requiredbr br Telecommuting permitted up to 4 days per week.
