Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and two years of experience involving the following financial reporting; SOX and US GAAP; equity accounting; determining impact to expense and EPS from equity based stock compensation and related disclosures; ERP system; and scaling financial processes.br br Position also requires certified public accountant or chartered accountant designation or foreign equivalent.br br Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office may allow for partial telecommuting.
