H10 Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Networked Systems or a related field and two years of experience involving the following privacybydesign principles; modeling, data anonymization and classification, and auditing access to data; technical privacy issues including cookie management and encryption; software development cycle; incident management; network, web, and application security; SQL; and risk analysis.br br PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Networked Systems or a related field and completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the following privacybydesign principles; modeling, data anonymization and classification, and auditing access to data; technical privacy issues including cookie management and encryption; software development cycle; incident management; network, web, and application security; SQL; and risk analysis.br br Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office may allow for partial telecommuting.br br Beneficiary qualifies for this position pursuant to 20 CFR 656.17i5ii.
