Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field and two years of experience involving the following operational management of HR functional teams and program management; leading and strategically designing people performance processes, including employee evaluation and leadership and feedback processes; leading the development, support and maintenance of HR technology covering a range of HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, data management and compensation; management of crossfunctional teams in the development and implementation of operational workflow strategies and policies; advising managers on organizational policy matters; HR business planning and management in resource allocation, human resources modeling, and coordination of people and resources; analyzing data, understanding trends, and developing recommendations for action based on the analysis; supporting the growth of client relationships and development of strategic partners; and organizing, analyzing and communicating data to senior stakeholders.br br Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office may allow for partial telecommuting.
