The position requires a Master of Laws LLM degree, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Juris Doctor degree, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following managing aspects of transactions independently; Mergers Acquisitions; Growth Equity; Venture capital transactions, exits and equity compensation; and Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
