Prior experience must include two 2 years with the followingHR Service Delivery and Operations in a financial institution or multinational corporation; end to end employee and contingent worker life cycle processes; peopleSoft, Oracle Core, Service Now and HRIS Oracle Recruit; performing data analytics and reporting capabilities over HCMHR reporting platforms and Business Objects; managing transformation programs and change management for HRIS; and vendor management and HR risk management.
