Prior experience must include eight 8 years of experience with managing projects across the lifecycle including project scope definition, design, project issuesrisk management, resourcing, status reporting, test execution, implementation; scoping and driving delivery of projects, delivering results in a cross functional team setting, on time and within budget; applying analytical and business analysis experience, including process analysis to develop subject matter experience on every program, and using that to consolidate key design decisions and direction; liaising with stakeholders to influence and document decision points, identify and address dependencies, and deliver conclusions; identifying cross functional issues, providing innovative solutions, and communicating the implications across existing processes, systems, and teams; and communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders to influence stakeholders outside their direct control.br br Prior experience must include four 4 years of experience with partnering and coordinating across teams internally to effectively deliver results.br br Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience with managing portfolios of 20 projects with competing priorities and resources.
