Prior experience must include seven 7 years with real estate finance and structured products; commercial real estate including capital markets, property operating statements, rent rolls, and loan documents; conducting financial analysis, modeling, cash flow projections, property valuations, loan payment performance, and market supplydemand dynamics; analyzing property rent rolls and determining leasing performance; analyzing loan documents in asset underwriting or onboarding; and executing excel models in accessing collateral and creating analytics reporting for business stakeholders.br br Prior experience must include five 5 years with commercial real estate industry tools including ARGUS, CoStar, CB Richard Ellis Research CBRE, Axiometrics, and Real Capital Analytics; commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation, agency takeout requirements, and primary disposition and source of loan repayment for collateral; analyzing property cash flows in ARGUS and projecting current and future cash flows; and underwriting or surveillance of mortgage loans targeted for collateralized loan obligation execution.
