Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field plus five years of software engineering experience. Five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following 1 working with data structures and datasets; 2 translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions; 3 utilizing data to optimize customer experience and business results; 4 building highly scalable and configurable platforms and technical solutions; 5 designing and leading commerce and data systems; 6 leading technical strategies, annual plans, and technology visions; 7 Scrum and Agile development practices; 8 Hadoop and AWS; and 9 coaching and mentoring junior team members.
