Preparing detailed specifications regarding configuration, design and operation of wide area networks WAN, includingbr equipment configurations for ethernet and internet protocols; B. Developing processes and procedures relating to operations, maintenance and repairs of wide area networks WAN,br including i developing and implementing programs for preventive maintenance, repair and improvement of equipment and infrastructure; ii developing procedures for monitoring ofbr network performance; and iii developing procedures for testing networks, recovering from outages, and replacing faulty hardware; C. Developing and implementing processes to improvebr network operational efficiency, including network automation tools.
