Requires a Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, material engineering or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience with equipment engineering or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Masters degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, material engineering or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience with equipment engineering or related occupation in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience. Requires experience with semiconductor FINFET technology and device physics; process integration experience in foundry with semiconductor device fabrication and characterization with knowledge of Siview system; DOE analysis skill and failure analysis skill on device and yield; knowledge on different materials and material characterization including surface, structural, and elemental analysis with various measurement techniques TEM, SEM, EDX, XPS etc.
