Requires experience with or knowledge of electrical analysis techniques and methodologies with expertise in JMP or similar for statistical analysis and problem solving; understanding of electrical parametric correlations to inline on MOSFET technologies; work on crossfunctional teams to find solutions for improving device performance and variation; knowledge of semiconductor processing and process integration; engage with crossfunctional experts and enable datadriven decisions for yield ramps; and design, execution, and analysis of experiments. Experience may be gained through graduatelevel coursework, research, internship, or teaching.
