Juris Doctor JD or foreign equivalent and at least 1 year of experience as an Associate or trainee lawyer br br All required experience must have included providing legal representation of French and U.S. companies listed and notlisted on crossborder finance transactions in the United States and France, including acquisition and expansion projects in France, especially in the biotech and tech industries; understanding both French and U.S. transactional market practice, including experience with foreign investment control clearance in France; and collaborating with U.S. legal counsel on crossborder transactions across the healthcare, tech, telecommunications, transportation and oil and gas industries in the United States and France.
