General Requirements Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems or related field and 8 years of experience in project management role, or in the alternative, the following combination of education and experience Masters Degree in Management Information Systems and 4 years of experience in project management role. Specific Requirements PMP Certification required; Agile Certified Scrum Master certification required; 4 years of experience with project management across multiple technologies and functions; 4 years of experience in competitive retail energy business; 4 years of experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA and ticketing systems; 4 years of experience in business process modeling using tools MS Visio, Bizagi, or similar; 4 years of experience in working in matrix organization; 3 years of experience in data analytics and database applications MS SQL, Oracle, MS Access, Power BI; and 3 years of experience in financial and resource estimation for large scale projects. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
