Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in demand management for consumer goods. Employer will also accept a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 2 years of experience in demand management for consumer goods.br br Of the required experience, must havebr br 3 years of experience in statistical forecast modeling techniques;br 3 years of professional experience with MS Excel functions such as formatting, navigation, power modeling, circular references, group sheets, etc.br 2 years of experience with systems integration projects;br 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, supply planning, or marketing;br 2 years of experience in data analytics;br 2 years of experience developing diagnostic and predictive dashboards using data visualization tools;br 2 years of experience with database query; andbr 2 years of experience with data relationship knowledge.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
