Bachelors degree US or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a relevant Engineering field and five 5 years Industrial Engineering experience. Alternatively, will accept Masters degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a relevant Engineering field and three 3 years Industrial Engineering experience. Position also requires three 3 years experience with process design based on Lean Principles; three 3 years of proficiency and experience using businesstechnical software including MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and CAD software; experience with automated material handling equipment, robotics and highspeed manufacturing; experience in developing labor standards using MOST; experience in management of capital projects; proficiency with Industrial Engineering concepts, including Value Stream Maps, Just In Time, Single Piece Flow, Theory of Constraints and Statistical Problem Solving. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
