The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science. Computer Engineering or closely related field. The qualified candidate must hold a Veeva CRM or Salesforce certification. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years 60 months of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience coordinating application based activities in the life science field. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years 60 months of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience with all the following a commercial and medical operations andor analytics in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or within life science consulting; b application lifecycle development utilizing Agile management and DevOps principles; c IT service management andor IT asset management utilizing ITIL framework in a ticketSLA based environment ServiceNow, JIRA, or Service Manager; d change management and business expansion experience; and e utilizing all of the following toolstechnologiestechniques Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com, Veeva Vault, and Microsoft Office Suije All experience may be gained concurrently.
