Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology IT, and 5 years of progressively responsible postBachelors degree experience in a related occupation required.br br br The position also requiresbr br 5 years professional work experience with Information Technology IT and Operational Technology OT.br br 3 years experience in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains across the value stream of a discrete manufacturing business.br br 3 years experience partnering with stakeholders across functions all the way to the Clevel in a matrix organization with diverse and multicultural talent.br br 3 years experience designing digital transformation strategies and partnering with the Clevel across business functions for buyin and funding.br br 2 years experience managing with discretionary powers a multimillion budget for program sustain at company level.br br 3 years experience driving international costout initiatives regarding IT and OT hardware and software.br br 5 years experience with IT and OT project and product management including requirements gathering and management, agile and scrum frameworks, waterfall methodology.br br 3 years experience navigating, cooperating, mentoring, and coaching diverse individuals in a matrix organization and across different cultures.br br 5 years experience with discrete manufacturing and warehouse processes including sourcing and procurement, materials planning and execution, factory operations, maintenance and facilities, logistics, and quality.br br GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
