Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of 7 years of postbaccalaureate progressive experience as finance manager, accountant, financial analyst or closely related position in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.br br Special Requirements Must have 4 years of experience with each of the following Reviewing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial data and developing insights; Partnering with business unit stakeholders within healthcare or pharmaceutical company to provide variance analysis of financial performance. Accounting Standards Principles, including revenue recognition, discounts to gross revenue, expense recognition and collaboration accounting. Auditing financial processes and implementing financial controls; Performing costbenefit analysis to improve efficiency and increase profits; Utilizing financial system technology, including SAP, IBM, and Microsoft suite to support financial processes; Mentoring finance professionals and ensuring work product delivered on deadline.br br May telecommute 3 days per week.br br Actual pay within the stated salary range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
