Bachelors, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering any, or a related field plus 6 years of postbaccalaureate application development experience, specifically using TIBCO BusinessWorks, Linux, JAVA, SQL, Azur DevOps, Agile Scrum framework, Postman, and SoapUI; at least 4 years of experience in database structure and design, and in application development for web, mobile andor formbased platforms; and at least 2 years of experience implementing modern programming concepts including objectoriented programming, multitier application architecture, and unit testing.
