Bachelors Degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or STEM Majors Science, Technology, Engineering and Math or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible postBachelors degree related experience. The position also requires 7 years of experience in objectoriented design and programming in a production software environment using AgileWaterfall development methodologies; 5 years of experience in one or more programming and scripting languages, such as Perl, Bash, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, SQL, CC, or Python; 3 years of experience in modern software development practices, tools and environments, including practical usage of Configuration Management Systems, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deliver tools; 2 years of experience working on Linux based platforms, core data structures and algorithms; 3 years of experience in the software development lifecycle in product delivery and maintenance. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must reportappear intoat the GE Medical Systems, LLC Waukesha, WI location.
