Employer will accept any suitable combination of education and experience.br br Past 12 months of work experience must be full 12 months in urban planning, developing urban design projects, managing redevelopment alternatives, and conducting zoning analyses. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D modeling, Adobe graphics suite, and Geographic Information System GIS required.br br Must be American Institute of Certified Planners AICP certified or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
