continued from item H4 to H.10B Job requires a Bachelors Degree in civil engineering, construction management, andor finance and Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry or a related profession.br br Must have 2 years of experience in the followingbr br Demonstrated experience in capital projects management;br br Experience in one or more of the following areas claims and litigation advisory services, and dispute resolution, scheduling and schedule analysis, construction management, construction contracts administration, project controls advisory services, project management, construction cost estimating, capital budgeting, and construction contract auditing andor project auditing;br br Demonstrated experience using costestimating software such as Estimator, Primavera P6 or similar;br br Demonstrated experience in implementing andor assisting with corrective action plans related to the recovery of large capital projects; andbr br Demonstrated experience in construction claims.br br br Must have 6 months of experience in the followingbr br Demonstrated experience conducting research and implementing statistical models in Excel to assess delays and damages.
