continued from item H4 to H.10B Job requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5 years of technical accounting experience.br br Must have 5 years of prior experience inbr br Experience working with financial statements income statement, balance sheets and cash flow statements and demonstrated experience analyzing historical and pro forma financial information in order to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation.br br Must have 2 years of prior experience inbr br Experience in technical accounting and business valuation skills, with a detailed knowledge of fair value GAAP and SEC requirements as well as the use of valuation techniques including income and market approach, including the relieffromroyalty, multi period excess earnings MPEE, with and without and avoided loss of income methods;br br Experience preparing enterprise, equity, and intangible asset valuation analyses for complex business valuation engagements for MA advisory including fairness solvency opinions, financial restructuring purposes, as a witness for forensic and litigation disputes and arbitration support, for financial reporting purposes and for regulatory compliance;br br Experience researching potential guideline public companies and guideline MA transactions, applicable royalty rates for intangible asset valuation, applicability of minority discounts lack of control lack of marketability, reading through analyst reports, academic papers, precedent judgements etc; andbr br Experience with financial modeling and development of dynamic spreadsheet applications, including the use of financial databases such as Capital IQ, CapitallQ plugin for excel, Bloomberg, ThomsonOne etc.
