Must have five 5 years of experience with simultaneously managing complex projects related to multiple product launches within CPG industry; managing and partnering with lead Scientists during accelerated product development life cycles, including new idea generation, prototype development, product optimization, production startup for a test market, and national launching of new products; product or process commercializationoptimization and productivity; leadingcoordinating crossfunctional and crossregional teams; and incorporating business needs into technical decisions within CPG industry.
