AIG, using Microsoft Project Planner, Visio, and Excel and Atlassian JIRA tools.br br DE executing all phases of the systems development project lifecycle requirements analysis through implementation, including developing and maintaining project plans, and performing data modeling, mapping, analysis, and migration between databases, including legacy corporate action dividend, voluntary, and asset services databases using Jira and Confluence according to Agile and Scrum methodologies.br br DE managing an engineering team recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff, identifying skill gaps, and providing individual and team mentorship to accommodate product needs, technical expertise, and individual growth.
