H.10 Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. The required experience and skills may be obtained in the position offered or any alternate occupation. The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Project Management, or related field, and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of related experience in Project Management.br br Position also requiresbr br 1. Experience in managing manufacturing projects for subsea equipment and structures for the oil and gas industrybr 2. Experience with manufacturing processes for equipment used in subsea oil and gas operations such as Flow Control and Well Control structures.br 3. Experience in executing fabrication processes for subsea oil and gas equipment.br 4. Experience using Engineering, Materials, Welding, NDE, and Coating applications.br 5. Experience with developing technical and commercial proposals for subsea oil and gas project scopes.br 6. Experience working with ERPProcurement systems and planning software such as SAP and Primavera P6.
