Experience as lead engineer managing staffing, schedule, progress, and quality. Experience in business development function and sales pursuit of new projects. Field Construction experience involving Electrical scope. International project execution experience in Electrical or Structural field. Understanding of basic supply chain demand and work process. Understanding of Project Controls functions such as scheduling, progress measurement, change management, cost control, estimating, staffing, Project Status Review PSR, and Project Financial Reporting. Understanding of project baseline documents such as project execution plan, schedule, estimate, scope of work, prime contract, and risk assessment framework. Experience in coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction on technical and schedule requirements. Experience in risk analysis and mitigation for projects.br br Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Engineering Civil, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or closely related field, plus eight 8 years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.
