The Banks Federal Employer Identification Number FEIN also remains the same.br br EXPLANATION OF BUSINESS NECESSITY FOR POSITION REQUIREMENTSbr br Due to the technical nature of the services we provide and the myriad of regulatory requirements that our Bank must adhere to, Flagstar maintains its own inhouse IT department, which is responsible for designing software programs and maintaining our IT infrastructure specifically tailored to meet the needs of our Bank and to continually increase the efficiency of our services while protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial and banking records of our customers.br br The position of Data Architect I is an essential position within our inhouse IT department. The role of the Data Architect I is to define data architecture specifications, standards, tools, models, and processes to meet the current and future data requirements of the Bank. This position also serves as an expert in the design and development of data related initiatives. Proper data architecture and design is critical in safeguarding our vast IT system and our ability to serve and protect the financial wellbeing of our customers.br br It is necessary that the individual holding the position of Data Architect I with our Bank meet the minimum academic and professional experience requirements as set forth above.
