The Banks Federal Employer Identification Number FEIN also remains the same.br br EXPLANATION OF BUSINESS NECESSITY FOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Due to the technical nature of the services we provide and the myriad of regulatory requirements that our Bank must adhere to, Flagstar maintains its own inhouse IT department, which is responsible for designing software programs and maintaining our IT infrastructure specifically tailored to meet the needs of our Bank and to continually increase the efficiency of our services while protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial and banking records of our customers.br br The position of Senior Java Application Developer IT is an essential position within the Bank. The Senior Java Application Developer IT is responsible for understanding and supporting the business of the Bank through the design, development, and implementation of applications, application enhancements, and new capabilities. The Senior Java Application Developer IT provides technical leadership in every stage of the development lifecycle, from analysis and design to program coding, testing, release, and maintenance while adhering to current SDLC processes. The individual acts as a technical resource to less experienced developers and may act as a project manager on small to medium rigor projects.br To adequately perform the duties, it is necessary that the Senior Java Application Developer IT, possess, at a minimum, either the primary or alternative requirements for the position, as set forth in Item H.14. A person who fills the proffered position within the Bank cannot properly carry out the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Java Application Developer IT without the required formal education and experience in the stated skill sets.
