Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation utilizing third party tools including Unisphere for VMAXPowermax family, Cisco Fabric Manager, and Putty to provide enterprise level support for storage and data protection hardware; collaborating with internal client teams and third party vendors to provide application stability for internal infrastructure; performing administrative storage tasks including masking and creating of Storage constructs called LUNs; creating technical and best practices documentation including runbooks and documentation on mapping storage devices to hosts; supporting equipment maintenance activities via change control process; providing reports and alert monitoring; and identifying issues in the environment related to equipment used including enterprise class arrays including Powermax, Vmax, VNX, and Netapp. 15 of travel required. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
