Alternatively, the employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study plus six 6 years of experience in the job offered or six 6 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a related occupation.br br Position Requires Requires strong knowledge of Oracle 11g in a Linux environment. Requires working knowledge of Spotlight for Oracle and DB2. Requires experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager OEM, including setup and configuration as well as Microsoft SQL Server Central Management Server CMS. Requires experience with SQL Server Management Studio, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Agent, and SQL Engine, including setup and configuration. Requires experience with virtualization of database platforms and environments using VMWare, with particular focus on tuning and diagnostics. Requires working knowledge and use of Oracle RMAN and COMMVAULT for backup and recovery. Requires knowledge of SQL Server all relevant and supported versions running on a Windows OS platform. Requires an understanding of DBVisualizer. Requires knowledge of Idera Diagnostic Manager, DPA, and Solarwinds. Requires familiarity with replication tools, particularly Attunity Replicate. Requires experience with UNIX based scripting languages KORN and process automation. Requires experience with Windows based scripting languages PERL, PowerShell process automation. Requires experience with and a strong understanding of SQL syntax, TSQL, OSQL, SQLPlus. Requires experience setting up and maintaining an enterprise disaster recovery environment, using tools such as SQL Server Mirroring,SQL Server Always On, SQL Server Log Shipping, and Oracle Data Guard. Requires experience with Microsoft PowerBI Analytics and Reporting. Requires experience with Qlik Data ReplicationTransform.br br Requires availability for 247 oncall support rotation.
