Experience must include Experience with key Advance Product Quality Planning APQP elements experience with basic requirements and interconnectivity of each element to review and ensure or help ensure requirements are adequately fulfilled; experience with standard and advance manufacturingproduction technologies used in the transportation industry; experience with DFADFM score card process or similar structure evaluation processes such as developing Pugh matrices to systematical arrive at best holistic solutions; experience with engineering drawing and specification review capabilities including ASME GDT standards; experience with functional versus manufacturing GDT schemes; experience with basic mechanical part kinematics and kinetics; experience with product design, manufacturing, business case and program management experience with practical and theoretical problem solving; experience with financial modeling, product unit cost modeling, tooling and investment cost modeling, market assessment, forecasting technology trends, etc.; experience negotiating design tradeoffs to meet manufacturing and quality targets; experience with cost drivers associated with various technologyproduct supply chains, globalization advantages of various manufacturing technologies, alternative manufacturing methods, negotiating skillset, financial modeling skills, etc.; experience with basic CAD viewer, MS Visio or equivalent flow chart software, and experience with powertrain and vehicle technologies relative to function and performance; includes both mechanical andor electrical powertrain and vehicle technologies.
