Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field, and three 3 years of postbachelor, progressive, related work experiencebr br Must have three 3 years of experience withinbr br Overseeing multidisciplinary teams to produce project plans that comply with technical requirements;br Managing proposals, contracts and change orders for projects with costs exceeding at least 200 million;br Negotiating technical requirements and criteria with key stakeholders leading to project contract execution;br Designing plans, baseline schedules, permit approvals, and contractual requirements; andbr Using CAD andor Design Software, including at least 2 of the following MicroStation; InRoads; GEOPAK; AutoCAD; or Civil 3D.br br Up to 10 travel required.br br Must have or be eligible to obtain a Texas state Professional Engineer PE license.
