Requirements Masters degree in engineering, operations management, system technology or related field plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or 8 years of experience in a multicustomer logistics environment or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelors degree in engineering, operations management, system technology or related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience in a multicustomer logistics environment or related occupation in lieu of a Masters degree plus 8 years of experience. Must have 8 year of experience with the following Strong management and prioritization skills, including leading and coordinating multiple projects, influencing nondirect reports and peers, ensuring ontime delivery, working with consultants, and successfully navigating in a dynamic, fastpaced and challenging environment; Experience developing and presenting analysis, strategy, and findings to Senior Company Leaders; Knowledge of conveyance, automatic sortation equipment, material handling equipment, and product storage systems; Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Access skills is required. Travel required approximately 63 domestic and 7 international travel throughout the United States and Canada additional international travel may also be required. May telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.
