Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of equivalent work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development andor predictive analytics.The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or 7 years of equivalent work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development andor predictive analytics in lieu of a Masters degree plus 5 years of experience. Must have 2 years of experience with the following graphing data using Tibco Spotfire and Microsoft Excel; identifying trends and relationships by interpreting results from linear regression models; efficiently querying data for dashboards Oracle, Teradata, SAS; and explaining statistical results using charts, bullets and graphs. Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills. The position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Memphis, TN.
