Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience. Requires 4 years of experience strong knowledge of SolidWorks drawingmodelingsimulation tools ProE, Fusion360 or equivalent packages. Requires 4 years of experience proficient with mechanical enclosure design for electronic circuit boards, displays, cameras, wireless modules, etc. Requires 4 years of experience with knowledge of common mechanical part fabrication processes such as HighPressure Injection Molding Tooling, Low pressure Molding, RTV, Casting, 3D printing, StampingForming. Requires 4 years of experience with ability to demonstrate statistical tools in problem solving 6sigma design methodology, GDT, FMEA etc.. Requires 4 years of experience with advanced knowledge of development tools, product testing practices, fabrication processes and DFX DFM, DFQ, DF techniques.Requires 4 years of experience with the ability to use andor interpret results from simulation software packages such as MoldFlow or SolidWorks Plastics.
