Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software QA Engineer, or similar position. Specific experience must include working in Finance and Insurance with at least one industry standard test tool Rationals Jazz Suite such as RTC, RQM, or similar; testing applications in JAVA, WebSphere 7, Distributed DB2, Mainframe DB2, Websphere MQ, CICS web services, LDAP, Siteminder, AJAX, JavaScript, RAD, Eclipse, and JBoss tools; performing Manual, Automation, Regression, Integration, System and Compatibility testing of the application on Legacy, Distributed and Mainframe applications as well as Databases or other Supporting Software; performing database testing using procedures; analyzing system and business requirements for testability; developing test related reports and metrics in both project and organizational levels; preparing test data, researching and reporting application defects and remediating the same; and supporting configuration and change management groups and coordinating with the development team. Option to work remotely is available.
