Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Professional Application Designer, ManagerProjects, Sr. Software Engineer, or similar position. Must have 7 years of working experience with each of the following Table Management Facility TMF; ZOS; ISPF; VS COBOL II; DB2; CICS; MQ Series; JCL; VSAM; SYNCSORT; Easytrieve; File Aid; Xpeditor; InterTest; Endevor; Web Services; IBM Utilities; and developing new batchonline programs. Specific experience must also include working in Business Insurance Commercial Business domain; working with Policy Rating and Premium derivation Rate Order Calculation; working on the projects built using Agile Methodology scaled agile framework and onshoreoffshore delivery model; working with external systems and services; developing proof of concepts; preparing estimates; validating suppliers estimates for business requirements; working with business stake holders on refining requirements for new projectsepics; contributing to the overall policy admin system architecture and building rating as a platform independent service; and using verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audience.
