Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Project Manager, or similar position in the IT technical delivery role. Must have 7 years of experience working with system analysis and application development for IT systems. Must also have 5 years of experience with each of the following managing IT releases, implementation, and shakeout calls; and managing production issues for IT projects. Additionally, must have 3 years of experience with each of the following working with CRM technologies, including Salesforce Services cloud; managing Iterative delivery models with onshoreoffshore Agile delivery teams; managing multiple complex IT system integrations and dependencies, working with Agile tools including Rally to track, create metrics and report on team performance, backlog health and continuous improvement; communicating project updates to customers and colleagues through oral presentations and written communication; and working with projects in PC insurance. Specific experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following working with Cisco telephony systems, Verint call recording capabilities, and iEX workforce management; working with MuleSoft for complex integrations; and working with SQL and ETL data applications including Informatica. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the US. Option to work remotely is available.
