The ten 10 years of experience required in Section H must be progressive postbaccalaureate business experience with 7 years in product management or solution consulting in enterprise software, delivering highly impactful and innovative platform or products in a SAFe Agile SCRUM environment at scale. Experience must include five 5 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 Demonstrated success defining and launching technical products in Financial Services, Account Origination, or Decision Management in an Agile environment. 2 Handson experience in onpremises and AWScloud implementations. 3 Technical proficiency and experience with containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes, and web technologies including web APIs RESTful, SOAP, data formats XML, JSON, Tomcat web server, and databases Oracle, MySQL, NoSQLCouchbase. 4 Highly effective in client engagement and partnering crossfunctionally with development, preSales, and product management to gain shared vision on product definition and priority tradeoffs. 5 Demonstrating key domain expertise through demos, presentations and written documentation to internal and external customers involving breaking down complex, jargonheavy product details into easytounderstand concepts. Must also be a Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO and a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program.
